We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. However, please be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different screens, and product descriptions are provided in good faith. If something isn’t quite as you expected, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you’re making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We’ll send you an order confirmation by email, but please note this is an acknowledgement of your order, not formal acceptance. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly and arrange a full refund where payment has already been taken.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout, all of which are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide estimated delivery timeframes at checkout. Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees — occasionally delays can occur that are outside our control.

Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are currently unable to ship to addresses outside the UK.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please do get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our full returns and refunds policy is available separately on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. In summary:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Items returned due to damage or defect may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, provided we are notified within 3 working days of delivery.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised products, sale items, and gift cards.

8. Our Liability

We take our responsibilities seriously and always aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service. However, we cannot accept liability for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of your order, or for any loss that arises as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as postal delays, supplier issues, or events of force majeure).

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Soft & Wild Interiors or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You’re welcome to browse and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but please don’t reproduce or use it commercially without our permission.
